We ensure fresh, high-quality homemade products. Since most items are food-based & perishable, please read our refund terms carefully. Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Refund & Replacement Policy We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases: Wrong product delivered Damaged product received Missing items in the package Conditions Inform us within 24 hours of delivery Provide photo/video proof of damage or issue Product must be unopened and unused Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay). Refund time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
